Variance / Issue Applications
The deadline for submitting applications for variances and other issues addressed by the board for the following month’s Board of Zoning Appeals meeting is the 2nd Thursday of the preceding month at 4:30 p.m. Please contact the Planning and Zoning Department at 937-427-5512 prior to submitting a variance application in order to discuss procedures and likelihood of approval.
