An Ordinance amending the Zoning Map, by rezoning approximately 67.91 acres of land located approximately 1,250 feet north and 1,675 feet east of the intersection of Grange Hall Road and Shakertown Road from A-1 Agricultural District and R-1A One Family Residential District to R-PUD, Residential Planned Unit Development, further described as Book 3, Page 13, Parcels 29 and 30 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on September 7, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. on an application filed by Charles Simms Development, 2785 Orchard Run Road, Dayton, Ohio 45449. The applicant requests specific site plan approval to allow for the construction of 14 single-story condominium buildings totaling 85 units to be constructed on 20.03 acres. The property is located on the east side of County Line Road approximately 700 feet south of the intersection of County Line Road and Weber Drive. The property is further described as Book 3, Page 3, Parcel 72 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal working hours at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek OH 45432. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to this specific site plan request. The City of Beavercreek wishes to make certain that all citizens have the opportunity to actively participate in their local government.
