The application requests approval of a specific site plan to allow for the development of a 2,215 square foot Dunkin Donuts on 0.6232 acres of land. The property is located on the northwest corner of Lantz Road and North Fairfield Road. Sealed proposals for the MMF Parking Lot Resurfacing will be received at the office of the Public Administrative Services Superintendent, City of Beavercreek, 789 Orchard Lane, Beavercreek, Ohio 45434, until 2:30 P.M., local time, on Friday, June 9, 2017, and publicly opened and read at that hour and place. The work for which proposals are invited consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and material for the mill and fill of approximately 4700 SY of asphalt parking area and all other work as may be necessary to complete the contract in accordance with and specifications. Contract documents may be examined and/or obtained at the City of Beavercreek, Office of the Public Administrative Services Superintendent, 789 Orchard Lane, Beavercreek, Ohio 45434. Each bidder must insure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on the Public Improvements in City of Beavercreek, Greene County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Division of Labor and Worker Safety, Wage and Hour Bureau.
