Beavercreek Charter Review

The Fifth Charter Review Commission was appointed in September 2008 and will review the Charter and make recommendation to Council to meet the November 3, 2009 election deadline.  The Commission welcomes the Public’s input to the process either on the website, mail or by attending the meetings.  Topics being covered include but are not limited to Powers of the Municipality; Council Terms, Qualifications, Nominations and Elections, Procedures and Legislation; Administration; Personnel; Boards and Commissions; Finance, Taxation and Debt; Initiative and Referendum and General Provisions.  Comments to the Commission can be sent to the Clerk of Council, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432 or submitted online using the form below.
