Vicki Giambrone
Vicki S. Giambrone was elected to her second term on Beavercreek City Council commencing in January 2012. For the past 20 years, she has worked for The Children’s Medical Center of Dayton where she currently serves as the vice president for external relations. In her role at Dayton Children’s, Vicki has administrative responsibility for the hospital’s fundraising, public affairs, marketing communications, child advocacy, community physician and community hospital relationships.
In addition to serving as a Beavercreek City Council member, Vicki has served on numerous boards in the community over the past 30 years. Currently she is a member of the Board of Trustees for PACE, and Greene Inc.
A proud U.D. Flyer, she is a two-time graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Arts, and Masters, Public Administration, Vicki is also a graduate of the Leadership Dayton and Leadership Miami Valley programs and earned fellow status in the American College of Healthcare Executives and is board certified in health care administration.
Among the numerous awards she has received are the Greeneview High School Alumni Hall of Fame; Dayton Daily News Top Ten Women; Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Dayton; and the Dayton YWCA as a “Woman of Influence.” In 2008, Vicki earned “Woman of the Year” honors for the Southwest Ohio Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and in 2009 she was selected as “Communicator of the Year” by the Public Relations Society of America, Dayton Chapter.
Vicki and her husband Jack have made their home in Beavercreek for the past 20 years and are the proud parents of daughter Quintina, a graduate of Carroll High School and George Washington University.
