Human Resources stands committed to assist the City Manager and the City Council in providing the citizens of Beavercreek a diverse, competent, trained, and professional workforce. Employees are managed fairly, well-trained, supported, and assigned job duties to accomplish City business goals in a cost-effective, efficient and safe manner.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for coordinating all personnel administration, employee selection, employment procedures, personnel records, employee relations, labor relations, training, professional development, collective bargaining, contract administration and employee evaluations.
