The City of Beavercreek and Beavercreek Township are conducting a Community
Attitude and Interest Survey to establish priorities for the future development
of parks and recreation facilities, programs and services within the Community.

This survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete, but each question is
important. The time you invest in completing this survey will aid the City and
Township in taking a resident-driven approach to making decisions that will
enrich the future of our Community and positively affect the lives of its
residents.

The results of the online and hand out survey will afford all residents the
opportunity to let their voice be heard. Your responses will remain
confidential. Please return your completed survey to the Municipal
Maintenance Facility, 789 Orchard Lane, Beavercreek Ohio 45434.
This survey is one
component of the comprehensive Park Master Plan for the City of Beavercreek and
Beavercreek Township. The results from this survey along with other input
methods will be compiled and presented to the City of Beavercreek Parks Board
and City Council and to the Beavercreek Township Board of Trustees as part of
the Park Master Plan Presentation.
