PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS

One of the more popular features on Beavercreek Channel 5 is InTouch TV, our televised bulletin board displaying public service announcements promoting community events.  Announcements run 24-hours a day between programs and reaches approximately 10,000 households in Beavercreek. 

Channel 5 welcomes announcements from non-profit and community organizations.  Commercial advertising and announcements for the purposes of personal or financial gain, or containing libelous or slanderous language, cannot be accepted.  Because InTouch TV is a service of the City of Beavercreek, messages of a religious or political nature cannot be accepted.  Announcements from non-governmental agencies (such as community or non-profit organizations) may run for no longer than two months at a time and have no more than two announcements running concurrently.  Channel 5 reserves the right to refuse any announcement.

There are several ways to submit requests for announcements:

• Drop off announcements to the address listed above.
• Telephone requests can be made by calling 426-5100.

Please submit announcements at least two weeks prior to a scheduled event.  Logos or personalized graphics are encouraged; please save them on diskette or e-mail them in a common graphic file format such as .jpg, .gif, .bmp, etc.
