Police - Crime Prevention

The Beavercreek Police Department, in maintaining its commitment to excellence, maintains a very active Community Relations unit that assists the citizens of Beavercreek in maintaining the security they have.
Led by Crime Prevention Specialist John Williams, the Community Relations Unit offers several services by means of 31 years of law enforcement experience.  John, a retired Dayton Police Sergeant, has recently launched a major campaign against one of the fasted growing crimes, identity theft.

Other services offered are:

• Home Security Checks
• Neighborhood Watch Organization
• SCPA (Student Crime Prevention Association)

McGruff, National Night Out, and other functions are conducted by the Crime Prevention Unit.
